  1. isuue of finance ministry letter for grant of dearness relief to central pensioners always delayed when grant DA and DR simultaneously approved iin cabinet why it is so. why the finance ministry is delaying the issue of letter every time towards grant DR to pensioners Minstry is worried the issue of letter on DA for salaried people only in time. in fact pensioner find it difficult to meet out the price rise, transport fare increase with his meager income there is 1/4 th increase on other allowance for serving staff on every increase of DA where as pensioners are getting paltry amount of RS300 fixed Medical allowance till next pay commission all pensioners should protest in this regard for natural justice.
