juncture for everyone. At the time of facing financial crisis, no one
has expected that the central government would announce its decision on
constituting 7th pay commission soon. Really all the central government
employees are excited about this when the central government made this

The Union Cabinet today approved the proposal of the Ministry of
Railways for payment of Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) equivalent to 78
days wages for the financial year 2012-13 for all eligible non-gazetted
railway employees. Total Amount comes out to be Rs. 8975.
