Dear friends, Some of our (anonymous) friends have written in their comments that SLP filed by the DoPT (SLP(Civil)(CC)8271,10791, 10435 & 10436) against the dismissal of the Writ Petition on granting of MACP on promotional hierarchy by Higher Court Chandigarh/Ernakulam are being listed before the Supreme Court.
