VII PAY COMMISSION PROJECTED PAY SCALE : - Its is a imagined pay structure of 7th Central Pay Commission for Central Government Employees, apparently it is a simple calculation, multiple of three times. Let we see 260 - 950 - 3050 - 7000 (still demanding for 10000 as minimum basic pay) and next, it may be at 21000. It is not an authentic source information, it is a prediction only... here we compiled the table of projected pay scale for your information.

  1. There is a huge gap in the salary and facilities of a govt employee having Pay Band-1 and employee having Pay Band -4 in India. It clearly shows that employees having Pay Band -4 are masters and employee having Pay Band -1 are slaves in India and we are following the rules of GULAM BHARAT of BRITISH era in India. If a employee having Pay Band-1 cannot do the work of a employee having Pay Band-4 then it is also hard truth that employee having Pay Band-4 can not do the work of a employee having Pay Band-1. We acknowledge the work done by the employee having Pay Band-4 but work done by the employee having Pay Band-1 also should be acknowledged. We should have a right of equality as per our constitution. We all collectively should think and work sincerely about this matter and we must approach to the 7th pay commission and government (who always talk to minimize difference between RICH AND POOR) to minimize the salary gap between highest paid employee and lowest paid employee of Govt of India. All are requested to write views on this matter.

    1. If government will start thinking like you then no one will do handwork to reach payband 4. Why anybody do hard work in his curricular?

    Note: Junior Engineers in the scale of Rs.425-700 in 3rd CPC were placed in the scale Rs.5000-8000
    - while others were placed in higher scale in Rs.6500-9000 without indicating any reason.

    Sr. Section Engineer 7450-11500 Rs.9300-34800; GP 4600 Only. WHY?

    There was no reason or justification for humiliating
    i) Sr. Section Engineer with BE as qualification for Direct Recruits to be placed by 6th CPC in PB2; GP4600
    ii) Junior Engineers - with long years of experience & Diploma Holders - being placed in PB2 GP 4200
    While Diploma Holder Nurses were placed in PB 2 GP 4800 & PB 3 GP 5400

    Humiliation of Senior Section Engineers
    As per MINIMUM OF PAY SCALE (Rs.)
    Foreman / SSE / Shop Superintendent (Group ‘C’) Group- ‘B’ Group – ‘A’
    3 rd CPC 840 650 700
    4 th CPC 2375 2000 2200
    5 th CPC 7000 (Rev.7450) 7500 8000

    1. Scale of Rs.840 & Rs.2375 allotted to the then Shop Superintendents (SSE) was the highest Scale in Group C allotted exclusively for Technical Supervisors - even higher than Group ‘B’ and Group ‘A’ entry scales.

    2. Fifth CPC made the error in not applying their Broad Multiplying Factor of 3.25 to only this category and granted them only Rs.7450 - 11500 instead of Rs7750 (rounded off so as to be placed in to Rs.8000 - 13500).

    3. Sixth CPC did not rectify this glaring error and if they have done so with justice the Replacement Scale of Rs.8000-12500 would have been granted notionally and re-fitted in PB Rs.15600-39200; GP5400.
